Aqua Azul is located in a former merchant's house from 1911, built in late Art Nouveau style. The establishment has integrated various spaces over the years, preserving original elements like wall friezes, parquet flooring, sculpted wall units, stained-glass windows, and Art Deco ornaments. Facilities include changing rooms, showers with cold water hoses, shower buckets, shower gel, and scrub salt. Guests can use a warm foot bath, saunas, a bubble bath, a steam bath with eucalyptus, and an indoor cold bath with a jet stream for water massage. There is also an outdoor cold plunge pool and an air bath in a city garden. A silent relaxation area features leather recliners, a fireplace, and a library, alongside a salon-bar offering drinks and light refreshments. Relaxing body massages are also available.
