Thermen Dilbeek offers various indoor and outdoor facilities. The indoor area includes a swimming pool, a cooling pool, two jacuzzis, a warm foot bath, alternating warm and cold baths, and two steam baths. There is also a beauty farm, a restaurant, multiple shower facilities, an oriental relaxation room, and stressless relaxation areas with a fireplace and aquarium. Several saunas are available indoors with views of the garden and outdoor pool. Outdoors, guests can find a heated swimming pool, two jacuzzis, cooling tubs in an ornamental pond, a sun terrace, and a sunbathing lawn. The outdoor area also features a cooling wall with various showers and a cooling bucket, alongside several saunas. Swimsuit, bikini or swimming trunks are not allowed for hygienic reasons.
